• 660L/1100L: Back-of-house or docks; lids down to keep rain out.
• Glass-heavy sites: consider a separate glass stream if weight is an issue.

Contamination blockers

• No liquids, food, coffee cups, or soft plastics.
• Post a yes/no sign with real items your team uses.
• Pair with a general waste bin nearby so food does not end up in commingled.

Scheduling

• Start with 1-2 lifts weekly; adjust to keep 60-80% full at pickup.
• After events or delivery days, add a lift if needed.
