How it works for providers
1. Apply and verify
Tell us about your operation. We verify your ABN, licences and insurance before you go live, so the network stays trusted.
2. Set your rules
Set your service areas, accepted waste streams, bin sizes, collection days, minimum rates and capacity. We only send work that fits them.
3. Receive provider-ready bookings
Each booking is matched to your declared service area and capability, with the recommended setup and access notes. Not random leads.
4. Deliver and invoice directly
You supply the bin, collect the waste, manage the ongoing service and invoice the customer directly. You keep all the ongoing revenue.
5. Pay only when activated
You pay an annual membership and a per activated customer fee, only when you accept and start the service. Invalid bookings are credited, not charged.

Fair and transparent
We do not race providers to the bottom. We match businesses with properly priced local providers so the service is reliable and the work is commercially worth taking. You keep the ongoing revenue and the customer relationship.
The membership term is 12 months with no hidden auto-renewal, and we send reminders before it renews. A standard non-circumvention term applies: if we introduce a customer and you service them within 12 months, the activated customer fee is payable, even if the customer later deals with you off the platform.

Provider questions
Who supplies the bins and invoices the customer?
You do. Bin Hire Australia is a booking and comparison platform. The provider supplies and delivers the bins, performs the collections, manages the ongoing service and invoices the customer directly. We take no commission on your invoices.
What is the activated customer fee?
A per activated customer fee applies only when you accept a booking and the service starts (bin delivered, collection scheduled or service commenced). It is set by your tier, shown on the membership tiers above, plus GST, with overrides for front-lift and multi-site work. Standard annual membership also applies.
What if a booking is no good?
If a booking is genuinely invalid (outside your area, unsafe access, a waste type you do not accept, a duplicate of your existing customer, bad contact details, or a pricing error from outdated rates), you reject it within one business day and receive an account credit toward a future activation, not a charge.
Do I have to take every booking?
No. You set your service areas, accepted waste streams, bin sizes, minimum rates and capacity, and you can pause areas anytime. We only send bookings that fit your rules, and you accept or decline each one.
How do I get verified?
We check your ABN, licences and insurance before you go live. This keeps the network trusted for customers and protects every provider in it. See our provider standards for what every provider agrees to.
