Shared docks get messy without clear rules. Set one standard so multiple units can share front-lift and cardboard streams without overflow.

Standard bin menu

• Front-lift 1.5m3/3.0m3 for general waste.
• Separate cardboard stream (front-lift or 1100L) with flatten-only rule.
• Metals separated for rebate if relevant.
• Soft plastics bagged or baled; keep out of cardboard and commingled.

Dock rules

• Lids must close flat; no overfills or extra charges apply.
• Mark bin bays and keep forklift paths clear.
• Blocked access gets logged; repeat issues trigger a site walk with tenants.

Scheduling

• Start with two lifts per week for general and cardboard; adjust after two weeks of fullness data.
• Align pickups with delivery peaks to avoid bay blockages.
