• Secure consoles for confidential documents; certificate of destruction on each swap.
• Organics only where food is prepared.

Rules to post

• Flatten cardboard; liquids out of commingled; no food in paper/cardboard.
• Lids down; blocked access may trigger return fees.
• Repeated contamination: educate first, then agreed chargeback process.

Reporting

• Monthly summary: lifts by stream, contamination events, secure bin swaps, and estimated diversion.
• Site-level notes for hotspots and recommended fixes.
